Border Crossing Requirements for Niagara Falls, ON (Canada)
• Native-born U.S. Citizens:
o U.S. Passport, a copy of birth certificate, or voter registration card
o A form of photo ID
• Naturalized U.S. Citizens:
o Naturalization Certification or U.S. Passport
o A form of photo ID
• U.S. Permanent Residents
o Passport
o Alien Registration Receipt Card (U.S. form I-151 or I-551)
Also Note:
Persons under 18 years of age who are not accompanied by their parents or legal guardians should bring a letter from both parents of guardians, giving them permission to travel to Canada. If one parent accompanies the student, then a permission letter is needed from the unaccompanied parent. If the unaccompanied parent is unable to provide a letter (due to divorce, death, custody agreement, etc.) than the letter from the accompanied parent must indicate such.
