Program Description: The Ronald E. McNair Post-Baccalaureate Achievement Program is an intensive research program. Its purpose is to prepare students for admission into a doctoral program by providing students with a simulated graduate school experience.

How to Get An Application
UB McNair Research Conference 2008: The University at Buffalo hosts an annual research conference that provides McNair Scholars & other undergraduates a professional forum to present research to faculty, graduate students, and peers. The conference also allows undergraduate students to network with other McNair participants nationwide.
Advisory Board: The Faculty Advisory Board serves as McNair Program advisors/consultants for McNair Program development and issues related to preparation of McNair scholars for graduate study.
