Oral Presentations
§ Spaces are limited!
§ 15 minutes in length, with 5 additional minutes for questions and answers
§ Presentations must be in PowerPoint format only
§ Presentation files should be saved on a CD or flash drive only
§ Laptop software available:

Poster Presentations
§ Spaces are limited!
§ Presenters should bring their own poster board; easels will be provided
§ Maximum poster board sized allowed: 4’x4’
§ If travelling with a poster board is a problem or you are using a mural poster format, contact Wendy Anderson (716-645-5478) for an alternative arrangement

Note to Program Staff when Registering Student Presenters:
- During registration, select the "Student Presenter" option when registering each student who will make a presentation.
- Submit Presentation Information and Abstract at the end of the Conference Registration Process or Click Here
*These steps must be followed in order for students to be scheduled for a presentation.
Presentation Abstracts will be Published in the Conference Book.
(Faxed or Paper Abstracts will not be accepted)
