Presentation Information

Oral Presentations

15 minutes in length, with 5 additional minutes for questions and answers.
Presentations must be in PowerPoint format only.
Presentation files need to be saved on a CD or flash drive. Do not rely on accessing your presentation by email at the conference site.

Poster Presentations

Presenters should bring their own poster board; easels will be provided.
Maximum poster board size allowed is 4’x4’.
If traveling with a poster board is a problem or you are using a mural poster format, contact the UB McNair Office at 716-645-5478.

Submit your Presentation Information (including Abstract) by June 30, 2010!
Please adhere to the 100 word limit.

Presentation Abstracts will be published in the conference book.

(Faxed or Paper Abstracts will not be accepted.)
