Registration Information
1) Complete the online registration process by June 30, 2010.
- The Program Director or Staff Member should complete the registration process for their group.
- The Project Director or Staff Member that will accompany their students is defined as the "Primary Registrant" during registration.
- Select the "student presenter" option for students who intend to make an oral or poster presentation.
2) Submit your registration fee of $310 per registrant.
- Checks, Money Orders or Visa/Mastercard/American Express/Discover cards are accepted.
- Make payments payable to “UB McNair Conference.”
- Submit check payments to:

3) Students interested in presenting research should read the Presentation Information.
- Submit the presentation form, including abstract, by June 30, 2010.
4) Please remember to register for the University at Buffalo Graduate School Visit on Thursday, July 15, 2010.

Payment Policy
Please note that all conference registration payments of $310 per attendee are due by June 30, 2010. If we have not received your payment by June 30, 2010, you will be mailed an invoice for payment due by July 13, 2010. If we have not received your payment by July 13, 2010, payment must be made at the time of registration on July 15, 2010. Payments can be made by check, money order, purchase order, or credit card.
Refund Policy
Registration fees paid in advance are refundable after the conference (less processing fee of $200) if written notice of cancellation is received/faxed on or before June 30, 2010. No requests for refunds or reductions in registration count will be accepted after June 30, 2010.
