Payment Policy
Please note that all conference registration payments are due by July 1, 2008. If we have not received your payment by July 1, 2008, you will be mailed an invoice for payment due by July 15, 2008. If we have not received your payment by July 15, 2008, payment must be made at the time of registration on July 17, 2008. Payments can be made by check, money order, purchase order, or credit card.
Refund Policy
Registration fees paid in advance are refundable after the conference (less processing fee of $170) if written notice of cancellation is received/faxed on or before July 1, 2008. No requests for refunds or reductions in registration count will be accepted after July 1, 2008.
